LiFeP04 Lithium Battery Limited Warranty:
Effective Date: January 13, 2026
Coverage: 8-Year Limited Warranty (Consumer & Commercial)
This limited warranty applies to C2 Vehicles branded LiFeP04 lithium batteries.
Coverage is provided exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

The warranty duration and the "Full Replacement" period are determined by the application of the battery at the time of purchase.
- Consumer & Commercial Use: Eight (8) years (96 months) from the date of purchase.
- Full Replacement: Years 1-4 (Months 1-48)
- Prorated Coverage: Years 5-8 (Months 49-96)
Full Replacement Period: If the battery is determined to have a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship during the first 50% of the warranty term, C2 Vehicles will repair or replace the battery at no cost of the owner.

To initiate a warranty claim, the vehicle must be returned to an authorized C2 Vehicles location for assessment.
- Mandatory Diagnostic: C2 Vehicles technicians must verify failure via the Battery Management System (BMS) and cell analysis.
- Transportation: The owner is responsible for all costs associated with transporting the vehicle to and from the service location.
- Authorization: No replacements will be issued without a formal assessment by an authorized C2 Vehicles representative.
To qualify for the full warranty term, owners must register their battery at the C2 Vehicles Registration Portal within 60 days of purchase. Failure to register will result in the warranty term being reduced to the minimum statutory period (1 year).
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage from using non-approved chargers or charging in temperatures below 32°F (0°C).
- Physical damage caused by collisions, improper installation, or water submersion.
- Allowing the battery to remain at 0% state of charge for extended periods.
- Labor fees for removal, installation, or diagnostics outside of the battery replacement itself.
